DoD’s Attack on Federal Workers (NSPS)
1. DOD implementing issuances have the ability to override “ANY” subject matter previously negotiated and agreed to by management and the Union.
2. The Secretary of Defense will unilaterally choose the Labor Relations Board.
3. The proposed RIF process will give organizations the ability to circumvent Veteran’s Preference protections.
4. The DOD has not been forthright in the true cost of implementing NSPS.
5. Local management and organizations can do away with the congressionally approved yearly pay raise, through their pay banding rules.
